American Midwest Ballet to Release ‘The Nutcracker: Home Cinema Edition’

Omaha, NE—Another local holiday favorite moves online this weekend. American Midwest Ballet’s The Nutcracker, filmed last year, will be streamed on Facebook and Youtube.
While audiences won’t be able to see the performance in the theater, film has opened up new opportunities in the viewing experience.
Despite being socially distanced, American Midwest Ballet is still finding ways to engage with students.
In addition to The Nutcracker Home Cinema Edition, American Midwest Ballet has responded to the pandemic with the going solo series.
American Midwest Ballet’s The Nutcracker Home Cinema Edition will premiere on Facebook and Youtube Saturday, December 12 at 7:00pm and will run through the 25. For more information, visit AMBallet.org.
