Omaha, NE—The Union for Contemporary Art celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Though doors have been closed due to COVID-19, the Union is staying positive and looking towards the future.
The Union is a space for social change, and a cultural cornerstone in the North Omaha community. Though the Union hasn’t been physically open, some of its exhibitions have moved online. For example, Undesign the Redline, which examines the economic practice that segregated neighborhoods in Omaha and many other cities.
The Union for Contemporary Art plans to open again sometime this year. For more information on the Union and online events, go to U-CA.org.
