Omaha, NE—The Nebraska Wind Symphony performs two concerts in the summer around Independence Day. This year, there will be a concert at Chalco Hills on the 4th and one tomorrow at Turner Park at Midtown Crossing. But tomorrow will be their first Community Band Festival, a whole day of music from the Symphony and other Nebraska and Iowa bands.

There will of course be some attention to American tradition, given the holiday, but the various ensembles will be performing a wide range of musical styles.

The Nebraska Wind Symphony’s Community Band Festival is tomorrow, June 30th from noon to 8pm at Turner Park at Midtown Crossing. For more information, visit NebraskaWindSymphony.com.
