Musician Steve Lippia will perform as Frank Sinatra (pictured here in the 1946 film Till the Clouds Rolly By) at the Omaha Symphony May 13-15th.
The Connecticut-based singer, Steve Lippia, is bringing the classic sound of the classic crooner, Frank Sinatra, to the Holland Performing Arts Center this weekend. Lippia will perform with the Omaha Symphony as part of the Symphony Pops series, in what organizers describe as a “feel-good Sinatra hit parade.â€
Lippia has toured extensively, interpreting the Sinatra sound in concert with symphonies across the country, from Philadelphia to Phoenix. As The Courier Post says, Lippia conjures “an astounding approximation of Frank Sinatra’s voice.†And, anyone familiar with Ol’ Blue Eyes, can hear it for themselves.
Simply Sinatra with Steve Lippia will run Friday, May 13th and Saturday, May 14th, at 8pm at the Holland Performing Arts Center in downtown Omaha, with a matinee performance Sunday, May 15th at 2pm.
