Omaha, NE – More and more studies show the first few years in a child’s life are crucial to their development. Each day as they grow and learn, their brains soak up information and stimuli like a sponge. But for working parents living in poverty, providing the best environment for their children in those early years can be a challenge. Access to quality childcare is not available for many families, and without it, those kids can fall further and further behind, without ever catching up.
